Provides professional services in one or multiple centers in accordance with a predetermined schedule as identified by the Regional Dietitian and/or Division Dietitian.
Completes comprehensive nutrition assessments, including MDS, CAA, and care plan development, in accordance with federal and state regulatory guidance.
Completes comprehensive assessments in accordance with current standards of practice.
Consults with residents, family, or interdisciplinary team as needed regarding the POC
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Certification/Licensure in the state of Maryland
Preferred 1 year work experience in health care including hospital, assisted living facilities and/or long-term care.
Candidates who are eligible to sit for the CDR Exam may be considered based on professional experiences and aptitude provided a given timeline
Maintains knowledge of changing regulatory guidelines
including but not limited to attention to Person-Centered Focus
