Position Description

The on-site FT Registered Dietitian primary responsibilities are to execute all in-store activities, community and media events and to assist with the creation of editorial content for a grocery retailer. The RD is also responsible, with assistance from the PromoPoint Marketing (PPM) Senior Account Director and grocery retailer, for all vendor sponsorship sales. This position will be primarily located in Bowie, MD. Additional duties available upon request.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian for minimum of 3 years
• Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
• Ability to interact with vendors, retailer associates, and PromoPoint personnel
• Ability to travel to regional grocery retailer locations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter that possesses excellent planning and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong creative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
