2008 Annual Meeting Registration
April 10-11, 2008

Note: Pre-registration Deadline is April 04, 2008. Registrations submitted after this date and on-site will incur a late fee of $25.00. After April 04, 2008, refunds will not be given and online registration will no longer be available.  A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned check. Individual online registrations must be completed for each meeting attendee when registering multiple attendees with the same credit card.

Registration for either one or two days includes voluntary contributions of $5.00 to the American Dietetic Association Foundation (ADAF) and $3.00 to the Maryland Dietetic Association Political Action Committee (MDA-PAC).
