Fradkin is the owner of her private practice with three office locations in Maryland where she specializes in working with clients with eating disorders and helping clients of all ages find peace with food. She is passionate about helping clients access their own wisdom towards feeding their bodies, and rejects the rigidity found within "diet culture." She takes pride in teaching her clients how to tune into natural cues of hunger and fullness, pleasure, and satisfaction to become mindful, empowered, and confident eaters. Fradkin takes special interest in family nutrition, parental feeding practices, and enjoys speaking to groups of parents about cultivating healthy eating climates in the home. She has been featured in The Baltimore Sun, Baltimore's Child, U.S. News and World Report, and Yahoo! Beauty; other media experience includes dozens of live television interviews with WBFF Fox 45 Baltimore & WMAR ABC 2 News. Fradkin graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison received a master’s degree from Benedictine University.
