The Renfrew Center Foundation is dedicated to eliminating eating disorders by advancing education, prevention, advocacy, research and treatment. This seminar will examine eating disordered behaviors among adult Jewish women and review a clinically relevant screening questionnaire for eating disturbances. Attendees will create innovative strategies for blending Jewish rituals and traditions into treatment, examine strategies to reduce body shaming, negative self-talk and the quest for perfection and explore inner wisdom practices sensitive to all Jewish clients. Washington, DC, on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. The seminar is from 8:00 am - 1:15 pm, offers 5 CE Credits and includes a dairy breakfast and snack included.
