NutraCo is known for managing RD’s within long term care & assisted living facilities. Our team is composed of like-minded RD’s that are always there to support you with efforts to succeed! We are looking for Registered Dietitians located near Baltimore, Silver Spring, Pikesville, Hyattsville & Riverdale. Positions vary from Part Time to Full Time. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements: Registered Dietitian or Eligible to sit for the Registered Dietitian Exam (with DI Verification Statement)

Responsibilities:

-Organizing nutritional care of residents and patients by completing clinical nutritional assessments
-Collaborates with the multidisciplinary medical team to implement nutrition interventions to address malnutrition, wound healing, chronic disease states, enteral nutrition therapy, and parenteral nutrition therapy
-Providing nutrition counseling and education for residents and family
-Participating in morning meeting and care plan meetings as required
-Working with other dietitians and facility staff to ensure optimal care to residents
-Menu writing and nutrient analyses to meet specific guidelines
-Creation of nutrition articles/educational handouts
-1 on 1 nutrition counseling
-Site visits for nutrition education
