Minimum Qualifications:

-Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Credential: Must be a licensed registered dietitian in Maryland.

-Experience: Demonstrated competency in treating eating disorders and working with pediatric clients.

-Virtual Counseling Skills: Ability to conduct virtual sessions effectively, particularly in afternoons and evenings.

-CAQH Approval: Must be CAQH approved and ready to credential and contract with major insurance providers.

-Independent Contractor Status: Willingness to work as an independent contractor with hourly compensation.

Desired Qualifications:

-Specialized Knowledge: Certification or additional training in eating disorders and pediatric nutrition.
Familiarity with ARFID: Knowledge and experience in counseling clients with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and families.

-Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate self-motivation in a remote setting

-Ongoing Professional Development: Commitment to continuing education and staying current with best practices in dietetics and nutrition therapy.

-Team Collaboration: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
