Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus
Registered Dietitian certified through CDR
At least 2 years of relevant experience, training in and experience implementing FODMAP protocol a plus
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, to include strong phone/telehealth etiquette
Strong customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), EMR experience a plus
Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure

Desired Qualifications

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and related patient education consistent with professional standards of care, clinical protocols established by ModifyHealth, and patients’ individualized needs via multiple telehealth modalities
Implement personalized, age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies
Assist with developing and enhancing clinical protocols, patient education tools, and provider communications
Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, education, recommendations, progress, and physician/nurse practitioner communications utilizing ModifyHealth EMR
Proactively participate as a member of the ModifyHealth team via staff meetings, project updates, case studies, etc.
